About Heyman & Holmberg
Heyman & Holmberg AB is a family-owned textile agency founded in 1909 and now run by the third generation. The business has previously focused on home textiles. Today, the business is a pure distributor within the marine industry and represents several leading brands such as Recasens, YKK, Swela, Spradling, Serge Ferrari, Makefast, Achilles, Renolit, Coats thread, Dabond thread, 3M tape, Lift The Dot, Stimpson, Loxx, and Vico Marine among others.
Since 2009 Heyman & Holmberg, Recasens S.A. represents the marine range in the Nordic countries. Warehousing and distribution is done from Västra Frölunda.
Recasen's coated acrylic fabric Recsystem is used by several shipyards in Europe as well as Swedish shipyards such as Nimbus, Hallberg & Rassy, Arcona, Brig, Ryds, Najad, Micore etc. through Swedish canopy makers such as Jikab Marin & Industrisömnad or Rössy Kapell.
In the spring of 2017, we were offered to take over the distribution of Serge Ferrari's Stamoid marine range in Sweden and Finland. Here we have completed the range with some of their pre-stretched pvc fabrics as well as high quality dune fabrics. We are also able to offer Serge Ferrari's other ranges with short lead times as we have regular deliveries of their marine range.
In spring 2021, we will start a cooperation with YKK, where we will stock both moulded part-ring chains and spiral chains in lengths from 50 cm up to 25 mtr.
In autumn 2021, we also got the agency for Swela's marine fabrics, which further strengthens our already wide range.
2022 started well with us getting an agency for Spradling and their well-known fabrics such as Linetex, Marlin, Nautilus & Silvertex,
